The Role
We are looking for a Production Controller to manage end-to-end production planning and coordination. This role is critical in ensuring efficient operations through effective scheduling, resource optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will play a key role in balancing production demand with capacity while maintaining high standards of quality, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth execution
- Align capacity with materials, labour, and machinery availability
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material flow
- Track production performance and report on key KPIs
- Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Engineering teams
- Manage project timelines, resources, and delivery milestones
- Troubleshoot production issues in coordination with Engineering
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost, and quality
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience & Knowledge

Minimum 2 years’ experience in production planning, operations, or manufacturing

Experience working with ERP systems
✅ Qualifications

Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering, Production, or related field

Exposure to manufacturing or mechanical engineering environments (desirable)
✅ Skills & Attributes

Strong analytical skills (production cycle time, costs, inventory)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in English for business communication, documentation, and system usage.
- Ability to communicate in additional local language(s) is an advantage.
- Willingness to perform ad hoc task as assigned.
